Vodafone has announced its first own-branded Android phone – the 845. Announced in the UK and to be available in May in 11 other markets.
It comes with HSDPA and Wi-Fi connectivity, built-in GPS receive, 2.8 inch QVGA display, 3.2 MP camera, Bluetooth 2.1, FM radio and Android 2.1.
The 845 runs on the brand new 2.1 Eclair operating system but comes with a low-cost price, so they say. The only thing is, they haven’t actually said how low-cost is low-cost because it doesn’t come out until next month.
