Motorola is finally ready to launch Milestone tomorrow in Mexico. The device will be available exclusively with Iusacell, Motorola Mexico tweeted today.
This version of Milestone will be called Motorola Motoroi, which was a name of a totally different device in South Korea. Not sure why but Motorola is choosing this name for Mexico release of Motorola Droid aka Milestone.
The smartphone features a 3.7-inch FWVGA display, 5MP rear camera, Android 2.1 and slide-out QWERTY keypad. It will be available from 999 pesos with a 24 months plan.
“MOTOROI has a full HTML browser, which helps visualize web pages as they appear on a personal computer, with a fast data processor and Flash applications through the high-speed Iusacell network. With MOTOROI, users can combine multiple e-mail accounts and receive them in a single inbox, integrate work and personal agendas, and access the Global Address Book that facilitates contact with colleagues and friends,” Iusacell noted in a press release.
