HTC has just announced a new dual-SIM Android smartphone for India at a press event in Singapore. Made for markets like India, the device will be priced at INR 22,590, when it is released later this month.
HTC Desire SV features a 4.3-inch WVGA SLCD display, 1GHz dual-core processor (probably Qualcomm Snapdragon S4), 768MB RAM and Android 4.0 with Sense 4.1. Company has promised a Jelly Bean update for the phone soon.
On the imaging front, there is an 8MP camera at the back with LED flash, 4GB of internal storage with microSD card slot and the usual connectivity options.
The smartphone supports two GSM micro-SIM cards.

HTC currently sells two dual-SIM smartphones in the country – Desire V (GSM+GSM) and Desire VC (CDMA+GSM).
