Videocon Mobiles launches VT75C 2G Android tablet for INR 6,499

Videocon VT75CSoon after being spotted online, Videocon has officially launched its new VT75C Android tablet today. The tablet has been priced at INR 6,499, but it is already available for as low as INR 5,965 at online stores.

The new Videocon VT75C tablet features 2G voice-calling support, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, 7-inch WVGA capacitive display and 1GHz processor. The tablet also comes with 3,000 mAh battery, Wi-Fi support, and 3G (via dongle).

Among other features VT75C packs 2MP rear camera, VGA front camera, 512MB RAM, 4GB of internal storage, microSD card slot, HDMI out, microUSB, and Bluetooth 2.1.

“The time has arrived for hybrid devices to rule the telecommunications market, and hence we have developed the Videocon VT 75C calling tablet. This brings together the calling features of a smartphone with the entertainment features of a tablet thereby bringing the best of both the worlds to the discerning customer,” said Khalid Zamir, Head Product Planning & Development, Videocon Mobile Phone.

The tablet also comes with several pre-loaded apps, which can always be downloaded via Google play.
