It has just been over week since HTC One went on sale in the Indian market and we are already seeing online retailers offering it at a lower than launch price. While this might not have been news for Samsung smartphones, HTC is not known for reducing the price of its phone so fast and or even allowing retailers to offer the phone less than best buy prices within days of launch.
It seems the comparably lower pricing of Samsung Galaxy S4, which is also the main competitor to HTC One, has forced HTC to reduce the pricing.
You can now grab HTC One for as low as INR 40,890 at Snapdeal or INR 41,499 at Saholic. To remind you, HTC One was originally released at INR 42,900 in the country.
To remind you, HTC One packs 4.7-inch full HD display, 1.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 600 processor and 2GB of RAM. The phone also packs Ultrapixel camera, 32GB internal storage and 2300 mAh battery.
In related news, HTC is expected to push Android 4.2.2 update for the phone by mid-June, which is just a few days away, which will make the phone even more enticing.
