CyanogenMod 10.2 stable release now available for several devices

CyanogenMod logoCyanogen Inc has released the stable version of its Android 4.3-based CM 10.2 release earlier today. The new version can now be grabbed from or via CM Updater.

With the release of CM 10.2, the Cyanogen Inc is ending the Android 4.3-based planned releases and will now be focusing on Android 4.4-based CM 11.CM 10.2 nighlties will continue for the time-being but CM 10.1 nighlties will now be stopped.

“As we’ve done with similar ‘end of branch’ releases, this marks the point where the team will shift focus solely to CM 11 and Android 4.4 (KitKat) code. CM 10.2 nightlies will continue and as we ramp up CM 11 nightlies, device maintainers will signal which devices are ready to make that jump as well. Whether you prefer stable, almost stable or bleeding edge, all of you will have something to flash very soon,” the company noted in a blog post.

  • Sony Xperia V, Xperia Tablet Z, Xperia ZL, Xperia T, Xperia ZR
  • Galaxy Nexus (all versions)
  • Nexus 7, Nexus 10, Nexus 7 (2013), Nexus S
  • Galaxy Note II, S4 Mini, S II, Galaxy S, Galaxy S III (all versions)
  • HTC One (all versions)
  • LG Optimus G, G Pro, LG G2
