Microsoft had made the OneDrive name for SkyDrive live earlier today. In addition to the branding change, Microsoft has also released an update for the Android app of SkyDrive (now known as OneDrive) in Google Play.
“We’re doing more than just changing the name with today’s release: We’re rolling out several new capabilities, including automatic camera backup for Android and the ability to share and view videos just as easily as photos,” noted Chris Jones, Corporate Vice President, Windows Services.
The camera backup feature will automatically uploads all your smartphone/ tablet camera images and videos to OneDrive. Check out full change-log below:

Cloud storage details and freebies: Free 7 GB cloud space for all + 3GB to users who enable camera backup + 500MB for every referral (up to 5GB) + 200GB for two years for Surface buyers + 100GB for Office 365 users. You can also purchase additional storage for $0.50 per GB per month.
In addition to all this, Microsoft is also offering 100GB free cloud storage for the first 100,000 users, who sign-up for OneDrive.
