US telecom operator Verizon has announced that two new colour variants of the HTC One (M8) smartphone are available starting today in-stores and online. These are Glamour Red and Amber Gold, both of which can been grabbed for $199 on a two-year contract.
To remind you, Verizon already retails Gunmetal Gray and Glacial Silver coloured HTC One (M8) smartphones. It is important to note here that Glamour Red is Verizon-exclusive and won’t be released on other telecom operators in the country.
The specifications of the new versions are same as existing HTC One (M8), which includes 5-inch full HD display, 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, 2GB of RAM, HTC Duo rear camera, 5MP front camera and Android 4.4 KitKat with Sense 6.0.
Verizon-bound HTC One Remix aka HTC One Mini 2 leaked
In related news, HTC one Remix, which is the Verizon variant of the international One Mini 2 smartphone has been leaked online. The press render of the phone was shared on Wednesday by @evleaks.
The phone is expected to pack the same specs as One Mini 2, which packs a 4.5-inch 720p HD display, Android 4.4 with Sense 6.0, 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor and 1GB of RAM. It will also come with 13MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, 16GB of internal storage and microSD card slot.
