Google brings real-time collaboration to notes with updated Keep app

Google KeepGoogle has announced that it has started rolling out a new update for its note-taking application Keep. The updated version of the app bring support for real-time collaboration in notes and better search.

“Now with Google Keep, not only can you jot down ideas or put together shopping lists, you can also share them with friends and family and work on them at the same time. So next time you create a list, share it on Keep and watch as items get checked off in real time,” wrote Ken Thai, Software Engineer and Chief Listmaker at Google, in a blog post.

In addition, Google Keep users will be able to filter notes by colour and other attributes with the latest version, making it quicker to find existing notes.

According to Google, the new version is already live in Google Play and will reach you soon.
