LG on Wednesday announced that it is launching the new Tone Infinim wireless stereo headset in the Indian market. The headset has been priced at INR 10,990 and will be available at LG brand shops in the country in Silver and Gold colour options.
Originally introduced in May this year, LG Tone Infinim wireless headset has been developed with Harman Kardon sound technology and offers a premium sound quality, which one would expect given the price-tag. The headset sports a neck wrap-around design with retractable earbuds and includes fast-forward, rewind, volume, play/ pause, and call buttons. In addition, it features a sound and vibration alert function, which notifies the users of incoming messages, time as well as battery status.
LG Tone Infinim wireless stereo headset should work with almost all Android smartphones, but LG notes that it will provide the best experience with G3, for which it has been optimised. The LG G3-specific optimisations include Name Alert, which tells the headset user the name of the incoming caller. This is not all, Answer Me+ is another G3-exclusive feature, which disconnects the headset when user raises the smartphone near the ear for direct use.
“This pair of headphones is a premium product that will sustain LG’s leading position in the market and consolidate its product leadership through differentiated design, sound quality, and usability,” said Amit Gujral, Marketing Head, LG Mobiles.
