On sale beginning June 2015
Sony has introduced the new Xperia Z4 Tablet at the Mobile World Congress 2015 in Barcelona. The company is calling it the world’s lightest and slimmest 10-inch tablet and it comes with just 6.1m thick chassis and weighs 393 grams. It will be succeeding the Xperia Z2 Tablet in the company’s portfolio.

The Xperia Z4 Tablet is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 octa-core processor and runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop. It packs an 8MP rear camera, 5.1MP front shooter, front stereo speakers and a 10.1-inch 2560x1600p display.
In addition, Sony has included 6000 mAh battery, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, microSD card slot and the usual set of connectivity options including 4G LTE (optional). Xperia Z4 Tablet is also water-proof and dust-resistant.
Sony will be offering an optional Bluetooth Keyboard dock for the tablet, which includes not only includes keys, also but a laptop-style touchpad. The company has also packed printer and projector outputs to the tablet, thus giving you the ability to have a complete laptop like experience on the tablet. Sony will even pre-loaded Microsoft Office for Android tablets on the Z4 Tablet.
According to Sony, Xperia Z4 Tablet will be available beginning June 2015 in both Wi-Fi only and 4G LTE variants.
